Join us for our second foraging walk of the year, as we head out for green walnuts. Incredibly aromatic, we use walnuts in a variety of ways here at Pigs, but our favourite has to be in the Italian liqueur, nocino.
Join us on 24th June (St John’s Day, as tradition dictates) as we head out to pick some of the first nuts of the season. We’ll give you a focaccia sandwich supper and enjoy a nocino cocktail out in the countryside, and you’ll take your own jar of the liqueur home with you - it’ll be finished in time for Christmas. The perfect stocking filler for friends or family, or tipple for Father Christmas.
Tickets are limited to just 10, and £32 each - including cocktail, sandwich and nocino to take home. The event begins at 6pm and runs through to 8pm.
