Cocktail on the Clumps 'Pignic' Hamper
Take the stress out of dinner for our Cocktail at the Clumps event, with our new ‘pignic’ hampers. Priced per person, they’re full of some Pigs classics, plus a couple of new dishes. Options are:
Outdoor-reared Britwell pork scotch eggs; curried rhubarb ketchup*
Wye Valley asparagus and watercress tart, with Cornish saffron aioli (v)
Free range coronation chicken, English apricot & almond* (n)
Ratte potato & soft herb salad (v)
Lawlor’s rosemary focaccia (v+)
Clays gariguette strawberry, black pepper & english feta salad (v)
Baby doughnuts; rhubarb jam; blood orange sugar (v)
Dark chocolate brownie; local yoghurt; sea salt (v)
For vegetarian hampers, the items with an asterisk will be substituted with:
Chestnut mushroom & thyme scotch egg (v)
Coronation spiced cauliflower, English apricot & almond salad (v) (n)
Hampers can be collected from the Earth Trust’s Fison Barn from 4pm to 6pm on Saturday 21st June.
